Sally the Dog needs a home
Sally is a 2 year old Cavalier Spaniel mix. A very sweet little dog that weighs about 10 pounds. Her owner was evicted from her home and was unable to keep Sally, so she ended up at the animal shelter.
Sally has a wonderful personality. Very sweet and gentle. She has fit right in with everyone in her foster home.
She had very red irritated skin when we took her in. Most likely from a flea or food allergy. It has cleared up nicely now that she has been treated with flea control and is on a grain free diet. Her coat does grow and she also sheds. So her family will need to plan on grooming appointments and brushing to keep her coat nice.
Sally has lived with other dogs and is doing well with the dogs in her foster home. There are dogs bigger than her as well as smaller than her. She has been fine with them all. When she first meets a dog, she wants nothing to do with them and will growl, but give her a day and she is not affected at all by their presence.
She enjoys walks on the leash and spending time with her foster mom. A very easy well adjusted and happy little girl.
